We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address for our HQ in Chicago, IL, USA.
Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number inside the package.
Send the package to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Initial return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Once received, our team will inspect the item. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
